can you have a notebook computer refurbished, cosmetically, if so where and how much?

i have a dell e1705 and my cousin dropped it while trying to move it and its kind of messed up cosmetically and a little internally because i get a lot of errors and not working properly popping up all the time, i was so pissed but there’s nothing i can really do sense i don’t have the lojack damage, accidental, stolen insurance from dell and i haven’t even had a year yet plus dell doesn’t make this model anymore they still make the e1505 but not e1705, so is what i mentioned above possible someone please help me out here.
